You're good at what you do. Maybe really good. You’re someone others see as a high performer, and a natural problem solver who has worked towards success throughout your career. But somewhere along the way, the path started feeling repetitive. You know you’re built for more, but the things that used to bring you excitement just don’t anymore.

Your friends or colleagues tell you to be patient. To stay the course and take the safe road. And maybe you smile and nod but deep down you know that advice isn't for you.

I’m here to tell you that you’re not lost, and you’re not suddenly lacking ambition. You need another vantage point on the situation to help you see what you're already bringing to the table — and how to position it for what's next.

That's what Office Hours is for.

What is Office Hours?

Office Hours is a 30-minute, one-on-one conversation to uncover what your strengths are, and take the first steps in redefining a career pivot or new path. If you’ve ever felt like you’re standing on the edge of a cliff petrified to jump off, I’m the person who will grab you hand and jump with you.

I'm not going to put you in a program or hand you a list of courses to take. What I will do is actually listen to where you are, help you see the experience and strengths you're already sitting on, and talk through how to position yourself for what you actually want next, even if you don’t know what that is yet. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your story and a real next step — not a workbook and a follow-up email.

I've built my career across travel, entertainment, gaming, e-commerce, and tech — none of it in a straight line — and I've helped a lot of people along the way do the same. That real-world perspective is what you're getting. Not a course, or an accelerator, just an honest conversation with someone who's been there.

I keep spots limited on purpose. This only works if it's genuinely personal.
